Tamkeen is a semi-governmental institution in the Kingdom o Bahrain. Since its inception in 2006, its mission was to empower the private sector to drive economic growth. This means that there are 3 main parties involved in this process, the individual, the enterprise, and Tamkeen.
Tamkeen needs to strategize by providing the necessary support for both individuals and enterprises in order to achieve their personal, career, and business goals, whilst helping to achieve the Kingdom’s economic growth.
Tamkeen works as an intermediary to help individuals obtain the right skills to land better job opportunities and also help enterprises receive finances and find skilled people to achieve their business goals

Affinity mapping is a process where we look at the research data and identify patterns and trends. This allows us to gain insights about the user’s needs and preferences, which helps us create better UX Design.

By providing a list of available courses with their descriptions will help the users find the relevant information to help them decide on which courses to enroll in.
By having a dedicated and personalized dashboard for tracking the progress and getting updates will help users understand and proceed in taking the next steps
By providing custom based recommendations based on users’ interests will help users enhance their skills and also achieve their career goals.
